I'm not sure. Now I have some test VMs set up I can experiment with that. If it can be changed, what do we want to change it to? tomcat? apache? Something else? Note that the registry keys will still have Jakarta in their name. Changing those will be more work - especially if we want to retain backwards compatibility.
