how to fix  error rfc 7230 and rfc 3986 on tomcat 9
I want to Allow special character "é" and "è"  in to the URL
I have already tested this but it does not work:
relaxedQueryChars="[]|{}^&#x5c;&#x60;&#xe8;&#xe9;&#x2b;&quot;&lt;&gt;"
relaxedPathChars="[]|{}^&#x5c;&#x60;&#xe8;&#xe9;&#x2b;&quot;&lt;&gt;"
