Some requests are fine, others are not fine. Tomcat reports a 200 response, but httpd reports a 503. httpd is proxying via mod_proxy_ajp. This setup with 8.5.51 testing earlier today was working with the same mod_proxy_ajp configuration. The Tomcat 9 configuration does not differ appreciably from the Tomcat 8.5 configuration.
