While performing automated open-source compliance audits at ION Group, we
identified a broken link in the Maven POM for tomcat-servlet-api 11.0.20:
https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/tomcat/tomcat-servlet-api/11.0.20/tomcat-servlet-api-11.0.20.pom
The CDDL license URL provided:
http://www.opensource.org/licenses/cddl1.txt
Is currently unreachable (returns 404). This prevents automated compliance
tooling from verifying license texts.
Requested Fix:
Please update the license URL in the project metadata to the current canonical
HTTPS URL:
https://opensource.org/license/cddl-1-0/
