Just thinking about the June releases, I'm not sure how long the Daemon
release is going to take but my plan is to wait until it is available
before tagging the June releases as there is a regression fix I'd like
to pick up.
Commons Daemon 1.6.0 will also include Procrun (service runner for
Windows) binaries for ARM64. Do we want to include those in the Tomcat
distribution? I don't recall us ever being asked for them.
