BZ 63195 : https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=63195 This is not a bug, it's an enhancement. Mechael want to vefiry wether his valves are working properly. So, he want to add a servlet to print those info. Chris argued that tomcat is not obliged to verify user's configurations. I do agree with Chris. However, maybe we could provide an enhancement to help users check if their configurations are working properly, especially for newcomers who are not that familiar with Tomcat. Begainers may get puzzled and edit wrong config files. This patch print valves including port, connectors, hostname, etc after startup. It's a quick path for tomcat admin to check working valves instead of visiting localhost:8080 and check by hands. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
