Bugzilla is not a support forum.
The bug you describe could be an application or configuration bug rather than a
Tomcat bug.
Please use the users list (http://tomcat.apache.org/lists.html) to help you
work out what is wrong.
If it is a Tomcat bug then please feel free to re-open this bug report.
