The page http://tomcat.apache.org/native-doc/ says to install Tomcat Native by
editting setenv.bat or sentenv.sh. However, those scripts do not exist in the
current 4.x builds, nor do any such scripts appear to be present in any later
versions of Tomcat (5.x, 6.x).
