Windows Bins (provided by Mladen) are now in place.Be careful: as long as the daily remove job hasn't run, there are now 1.2.28-dev bins and 1.2.28 bins in parallel directories. Don't use the 1.2.28-dev bins, they'll be gone sometime tomorrow morning.
