Our Tomcat instances goes HTTP 500 state when we looked into the logs found the
Coyote HTTP11 goes to pause state, there was no restart / softrestart neither
any activity was going on to the server except normal user load.
Here below the Tomcat, JVM and server configuration details
Tomcat 5.5.9

Could not load org.jboss.util.NestedException.
The eventual following stack trace is caused by an error thrown for debugging
purposes as well as to attempt to terminate the thread which caused the illegal
access, and has no functional impact.
Please advice.
