this happens after i restart my windows os.when i create a servlet program and
try to start tomcat ,it does not start and i cannot even load the default
localhost page of apache.my browser displays a error that no connection was
found.i am sure that i have configured the apache server correctly...
only when i give my laptop a wi-fi or broadband connection,the default page of
apache in web browser can be viewed or only then the server starts....i think
its a serious bug...i am using apache in windows 7
