In PoolProperties, the default value for maxIdle is Integer.MAX_VALUE and the
default for maxActive is 100. This results in a warning message being logged
and the value for maxIdle set to match maxActive on lines 393/394 of
ConnectionPool. The default for maxIdle should match that of maxActive.
