Does it require it unconditionally, or does it work with 1.1.20 and only the bug will be fixed with 1.1.21? If this code does not work with 1.1.20 or work worse than before with 1.1.20, then it would mean we need a 1.2.21 release before the next TC7 release and we need to update the required tcnative version hard coded in TC 7.
