It seems that

git://git.apache.org/tomcat.git

and

git://git.apache.org/tomcat70.git

now correctly point to the 7.0 resp. trunk Tomcat branches.

At least that's what I derive from

http://git.apache.org/tomcat.git/config

and

http://git.apache.org/tomcat70.git/config
