DigesterFactory logs warnings if certain resourecs are not available on the
classpath. If the JSP jar is not present this automatically results in 6
warnings about TDL/XSD resources which are clearly not going to be needed. It
would be nice to be able to switch that off.
Even better if it could be done in Tomcat 7 as well.
