Tested .zip distribution on Windows 7 64-bit:
- Tested TLS/SSL connectivity for BIO, NIO and APR connectors.

- Smoke tests of BIO, NIO and APR, with and without TLS, all passed.
- Tested with several webapps that are in active development.
