Unfortunately, no. I'm happy to instrument the code in some way in order to provide more information. Attaching a debugger in this environment (remote EC2 instance) is not practical, but I could add lots of debug/trace logging or something. I suspect it's an issue with differently-sized buffers at ifferent levels due to the fact that setting the "appSocketBuf" to the same size ends up resolving the issue. Thanks, -chris
