Well, usually the dependencies are updated in tomee main pom to the SNAPSHOT 
dependencies of the required projects and then we are not able to release until 
we have all of that sorted out.

Maybe it would be a good practice to all add a JIRA ticket when we change a 
dependency to a SNAPSHOT, so we can monitor the project and update once a 
stable release is available.
