Awesome, just starting back on this now. I will do local test on your merge to master first - I feel this will work as an important basic start for managing risk for existing Plus/Plume based webapps.
I didn't get so far with the one REST webapp that's conflicting with OpenAPI's functionality. It's loading quite a number of classes in the application so maybe it's one of those that's causing an issue. I will spend more time on that later, but feel it's separate enough to add the PR you asked for with the tweaks I made so far.
