They could be yanked. There are also a handful of flags/system properties that have "geronimo" in them and enable geronimo-specific functionality. Those flags can be yanked along with the related functionality (if it is only used there).
Also any functionality related to Axis 1.x can be yanked as that was all Geronimo specific.
