Hi all,

Reminder: Better to not crosspost between lists ;-)

And I think, that Jonathan summarized it quite well: OSS lives from the
people contributing code.

The "main" branch is migrated towards EE10 APIs, but has some issues:

(1) We rely on some SNAPSHOT dependencies and need to wait for the
projects to release some stable versions (batchee, openjpa). Best we
can do here is to ask on the related lists or hope the involved people
read this mail thread.

(2) We need to do some work in the concurrency section. Current "main"
branch has only some stub impl, which needs to be re-fined (+ TCK).

(3) CXF 4 isn't fully EE 10 compatible yet. They are working on it, but
that is the reason we do not pass the related TCK yet.

(4) We need to setup the other related TCKs to get a better picture.

I think (1) and maybe (2) are blockers before we can do a milestone
release of TomEE 10. he current full build is also "green", so it might
be testable.

I am playing around with a custom build of TomEE 10 for a while now
(only JAX-RS, no JSF, etc.), which works quite well and we discussed,
if we want to put that custom build into production on a minor service
to get better insights.

Hope it helps.

Gruß
Richard
