Hello, My feedbacks: 1. I'm using TomEE+ 9 with IBM Semeru Java 21 Milestone 1 for about 1 month and I have seen no particular issue. 2. For Docker, I build my own images because I have customization/hardnening/monitoring and I don't trust a 3rd party source for "doing thing like I do". While I can admit using pre-built Docker images for the operating system, I don't see pre-built images with a "stack" useful for anything else than demos / learning material, so I guess one x64 / one aarch64 image per TomEE configuration (web profile/EE/EE+) should be enough to serve that purpose ; ah maybe multiplied by the number of Java LTS that could be used (and yes I think it's time to provide Java 21-based one, as Java 17 LTS end is near)
That were my 2 cents Alex Le jeu. 21 déc. 2023 à 08:45, Richard Zowalla <rich...@zowalla.com> a écrit : > > Java 21 might work (didn't test). xbean 4.23 supports Java 21. > Didn't check for other libs like eclipselink. > > I am totally ok to drop semeru. > > With TomEE 8 going EOL this year, we might also drop these images... > > Gruß > Richard > > > Am Mittwoch, dem 20.12.2023 um 14:08 -0600 schrieb > r...@rodandmichelle.com: > > There is a PR up at https://github.com/tomitribe/docker-tomee that is > > requesting Java 21. > > > > > > > > I am not sure if we officially support Java 21.
