I want to get a coding ticket so I can try it. But i can't, my user doesn't have permission, I'm logged into Jira, but i don't have permission to assign. I tried to follow the steps on the "Self serve sign up page" screen, but an error occurs, it says that my username is already in use. Please, could someone help me ?
