Review Comment:
   Cleanup happens in OpenEJBLifecycle after deployment is done. The whole idea 
why I built it this way is so that it can easily be removed again. Delete the 
Service, Extension, etc in tomee-mojarra and you're done. No class names that 
could be forgotten in openejb-core. Also makes it reusable if we need to 
replace extensions again in the future
