the ooo230 tag is used for QA stuff I think. The official tag for the OOo 2.3.0 sources is "OpenOffice_2_3_0", which is kinda an alias for "OOG680_m5" which is the milestone on which OOo 2.3.0 has been released. There is also a branch called "mws_oog680", which contains all the changes made when stabilizing the tree for OOo 2.3.0 and also contains the upcoming fixes for OOo-2.3.1. The web-page is a bit wrong, we'll correct that.
