The current meeting time has changed to accommodate U.S. Daylight Savings Time. It is now at 12:00 UTC - still on the first Tuesday of every month.
What I'd like to propose is that this be the last time we accommodate some random manipulation of clocks. Let's just make the meetings always be at 12:00 UTC regardless of what time of year it is. It's much less confusing. Thoughts?
