-1 ORT is critically broken. The traffic_ops/v2-client,v3-client,v4-client URLSig functions are broken, and apparently have been forever. ORT was changed to use them, and url_sig_ config generation is now broken.
Fix is in: https://github.com/apache/trafficcontrol/pull/5705 Since we need a new RC, I'd like to request we also get https://github.com/apache/trafficcontrol/pull/5694 in. It isn't as critical, but it fixes an accidental multi-line log that breaks our log systems, It would be really nice not to potentially break people's log systems that are expecting single-line logs in the correct format.
