- There's a PR open that would open the role for people with 2
closed issues in the past 31 days, checked on the first of every
month.
- This only gives extra access to people who make commits - what
about community members who contribute in other ways?

- If the maintainer wants to make the change to consolidate our
usage to a single JWT library, we welcome that.
- We may not need to vendor dependencies anymore.

- The blueprint has been open since August.
- Should we time-box blueprint PRs?
- No, we probably shouldn't.
- Through lazy consensus a committer who gets no blueprint
feedback can merge their blueprint PR - should we add a note to
CONTRIBUTING.md?
