Consider discussing: ATS 9 will likely be in EPEL within the next week < https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/issues/6855#issuecomment-1136490669>, but hard-coded `/opt/trafficserver/*` paths are still always used in some places <https://github.com/apache/trafficcontrol/issues/6198>, so we are not yet ready for stock ATS
