- Evan's working on it
- biggest issue is the /opt/trafficserver installation prefix.
- #6871 tracks the problem

- Official release announcement expected today
5. ML: TC changelog
- It's probably better to add tags to change-log lines instead of
splitting by component, to avoid duplicates
- a GHA could be written to suggest to people what to use for tags
