Leif Hedstrom updated TS-13:
----------------------------

    Attachment: 0001-Properly-search-usr-lib64-for-tclConfig.sh.patch

On a "clean" 64-bit box, without 32-bit packages, our m4/tcl.m4 script can not
locate tclConfig.sh. Attaching a proposed patch, which will search /usr/lib64
as well. This patch + v3 compiles fine on my box (with the exception that the
v3 patch is no longer in sync with the trunk).
