Geoff G. os_detection.diff patch has been committed to 'dev' branch.
The current recommendation on OSX(10.5) is to use the GCC 4.2.4 compiler suite
(available via ports)
Please let me know if you have other OSXs & compilers working.
The Berkeley DB is no longer a build requirement but sqlite3(>= 3.5) is.
Also currently only a file cache is supported. Raw disk support will be added
later.
After setting the cluster interface in 'records.config'. e.g.
CONFIG proxy.config.cluster.ethernet_interface STRING en0
Traffic Sever process stack can be started via
sudo /usr/local/bin/traffic_cop
since there currently is no OSX support in the 'trafficserver' script.
