Just looked at the patch. The way the iocore event and net data structures,
methods etc have been re-worked/consolidated and used in the 'dev' branch to
handle using eventfds & pipes for thread signaling makes this 'trunk' patch for
the most part incompatible. When merging 'dev' back to 'trunk' we will have to
resolve and address the incompatibilities then.
