./proxy/mgmt2/api2/remote/api_cli_remote not removed on "clean"

Fix For: 2.1.0
When running "gmake distclean" (didn't try clean),
./proxy/mgmt2/api2/remote/api_cli_remote did not seem to get removed. Not sure
if any other files are still there as well ?
