current build farm failures

Hi all,

I reviewed the current set of build farm failures from master, and there are 3 
different things happenning:

        fedora_rawhide_x86:
        fedora_15_x64:
        opensuse_12_x64:
           [SDK_API_TSCache] TSCacheRemove : [TestCase1] <<FAIL>> { can't 
remove cached item }

        debian_6_x64:
        freebsd_9.1_x64:
           [SDK_API_TSTextLog] TSTextLogObject : [TestCase1] <<FAIL>> { can not 
open log file var/log/trafficserver/RegressionTestLog9661.log }

        ubuntu_12.04_x64:
           mgmt/api/APITestCliRemote.cc fails to build
