Hi all,
we have scrolled to the open tickets for TS4.2.0 these days to see if we could
help somewhere.
We stumbled over two tickets, wondering if they couldn't be closed ;)
- TS-1086 - Returning 304 response to unconditional request

Sounds like this bug can be marked "Resolved", right? Once resolved,
and we publish v4.1.0, it'll get moved to closed.
- TS-2137 - Use eventfd instead of pthread signal/wait in ATS
Ticket was reopened because someone has triggerd an assert. Since
05/Sep/2013 there is no new update on the ticket.
There are missing some informations to reproduce the issues, and nobody
seems the have these.
