Add escaped container options
Thanks to Alan for finding this feature down in the logging guts. I tested
locally and it all seems to work (my box is 4.2.1), so I figure we might as
well document it.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/jacksontj/trafficserver master
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
