Yeh that's the way these object usually work. ```SpdyClientSession``` is a
bit different from the other client session objects because last time I cleaned
this up I didn't have a way to build and test SPDY. But in general we don't
code the destroy to work for partially-initialized objects. It sounds that
there is a path where a partially-initialized ```SpdyClientSession``` can be
destroyed. I didn't see that in the quick look I took though :-/
