Ts 3072 no config
Since the method of configuring this feature is contentious, I'm closing
the previous PR #350 and opening this PR which includes the logic to enable
debugging on a per VC basis, but does not include the records.config changes to
enable the feature. In a month or two I may have time to revisit to add a
plugin interface to enable the feature, but I wanted to get the feature in the
meantime in case others have cycles to add the configuration interface. In the
meantime, I'll put a diff of the records.config changes on the bug.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/shinrich/trafficserver ts-3072-no-config
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/pull/398.patch
