Will do. 

Even though this happened twice in our environment, I don't know the exact 
process to reproduce it. Not sure if it makes sense to open an issue without 
proper steps to reproduce it. I was hoping to get some guidance on how to 
reproduce it from someone who is more familiar with this area of the code.
