Hi all,
We would like to aim for a 9.2.0-RC0 candidate to be voted on, with the
following dates:
10/17: RC0 candidate made available, and to be tested / voted upon
10/21: Release of 9.2.0 (assuming it passes)
It’s important that testing starts as soon as possible, so that if necessary,
we can respin the release candidates in a timely manner if needed.
I’d like to “freeze” 9.2.x a few weeks before that, my suggestion is to freeze
at 9/26, after which only critical fixes should be nominated for 9.2.x. But
even so, please only nominate 9.2.x PRs that really has to go into the v9.2.0
release.
