I compared the source tar file to the rc3 tag in git. That looks good.

I see a couple extra files in the artifacts directory 
(apache-trafodion-regress.tgz, dcs-tests.tgz, phoenix-tests.tgz). These don't 
have checksums and are just sub-sets of the source tree used in testing, so I 
think they should be removed.

Once that is addressed, I'll give a positive vote.
