This version targets 1.3 and covers scripted installation and removal only. I have a few questions outstanding before I can address scripted upgrades. Currently, I've tested the instructions with Cloudera only; I'm in the progress of setting up a Hortonworks test environment. I'd like to publish this guide as soon as possible since it's more complete and accurate than what we have on the website today. Therefore, I'd appreciate review comments while I complete the initial round of testing. (I'll accept review comment this time; in the future, I'll ask you to simply make the changes yourself.) I don't know what changes are planned for the 2.0 release.
