I guess it's too late to vote -1 on this :-) I had left a comment in GIT for this PR to see the results of the full run too.
I think it's fine to make some exceptions, like in this case due to schedule, but in general it should have been as easy to resolve any issues (if any) BEFORE the pull request was made. The tests are easy to run and we have enough machines to run them as well. So hopefully this isn't going to become a trend.
