hdfs directory changes - headsup

Hi,
With this PR all hdfs related files  for backup, lobs , bulkload, ustat 
sampling and hive test tables will be created under /user/trafodion.

Anyone updating to this will need to run install_local_hadoop again and redo  
the  tpcds hive table setup.

Running the script sqf/sql/scripts/ilh_trafinit would be the easiest after a  
clean build .
