Hi Bin, you can try the following command:

sqcheck

If this shows any services that are "down", then do the following:

sqstop
sqstart

In case the sqstop command hangs for more than two minutes, kill it with CTRL-C
and run the following command before sqstart:

ckillall

Let us know whether that works for you. You need to run all these commands
under the trafodion id.

Hans

Perhaps your instance is down? Alternatively perhaps the instance is up but DCS
on the instance is down?

Subject: trafci doesn't work

Hi there,

I have set up the Trafodion successfully and could run `trafci` normally.
But now I cannot run `trafci` any more. I didn't change anything. The outputs
of the command are as follows.

Welcome to Apache Trafodion Command Interface Copyright (c) 2015-2017 Apache
Software Foundation

using jline: false
Host Name/IP Address: localhost:23400
User Name: zz

*** ERROR[1] The message id: as_connect_message_error With parameters:
server handle not available

Does anyone know what is going on here?

Thanks.
Bin
