Hi all ...

Ok ... I have managed to get things working again ... currently I'm not 100%
satisfied with the result.
In https://builds.apache.org/view/S-Z/view/Training%20(incubating)/ you can see
two jobs now.
One builds the Website and one my freshly donated Template framework.

If you commit something to the website, the website gets updated and the
template is skipped.
If you commit something to the template, that gets built and not the website.

However both jobs get run and simply all steps are skipped if there were no
changes.

This is not ideal, cause if for example the website is broken and 5 commits
come to other parts, the website job will become blue/green.

I would like to change things that those two jobs aren't executed automatically
on every commit but are manually triggered.
Then I could add a Jenkinsfile in the root that checks the changesets and
manually triggers the jobs with changes.

So if we have Jenkinsfile wizards here ... please step forward and help with
this ;-)

Chris
