Hi Ryan, I would say there is no too small contribution. If course is not full and it is just a beginning, it may encourage experts to correct, add materials.
So before committing to master I suggest us do not have a threshold. But if we talk about release and publish it on the site, it is slightly another story. Here I would say `minimal usefulness` bar could make sense.
