Nope ... but they helped with it. a technical user named "apachetraining" was created and that is the owner of that subscription. So we need someone with the credentials for that user to log in and change the subscriptions.
Alternative is for Apache to reset the PW and we take over the account. Alternative to that is, infra changes the owner of the subscription to a different account.
