Regarding Christoph's Comment from yesterday: I think using the OKR framework allows us to create synergie, alignment, and target orientation within the project group. Especially for no-coding work which needs additional communication I see a huge benefit. Using the learnings from the past is essential. Hence, using very simple processes is a key success factor. I do not intent to rework existing processes if they work well - but focusing on the goals and the project contribution to other ASF projects is important if we want to grow the community also for non-developers. This is the key aspect for me - many training courses are done by people not so deeply in the coding world - but we want to bring those folks together so that knowledge sharing is as easy as coding together on shared projects.
